Jonathan Collins

Jonathan Collins is a Managing Director at Global Emerging Markets, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and focused on private to public investments worldwide. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring and monitoring public and private equity investments. Jonathan has spent over a decade in the Hedge Fund, Venture Capital and Private Equity space. Prior to joining GEM, he was a Senior Vice President at CAIS Group, a leading US investment product platform. He held a Vice President role in Ireland and the United States with Abbey Capital, a Global Managed Futures Hedge Fund. He started his financial career in Davy, an Irish stockbroking firm and holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering and Management Science from Trinity College Dublin. He is a member of the American Ireland Fund and the International Irish Business Network

Jean-Luc Bonnefoy

Jean-Luc Bonnefoy is a Vice President at the GEM Group. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and structuring minority equity investments in listed firms on a global basis, as well as private to public transactions. In the years prior to joining the GEM Group, he worked in various financial analyst roles at UBS Investment Bank, Brockton Capital, Hyatt Hotels and The Search Fund Accelerator. He has spent time studying in Hong Kong as well as at The Doon School in Dehradun, India. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts.
